What is BALANCE?
 

Created by Grow Co Founder Jess Heyworth -Dunne, BALANCE brings together a range of strategies to encourage the development of growth mindset, mindfulness and a range of techniques to help young people manage the anxieties and stresses that are so often part of their education experience. The aim of BALANCE is to provide students with a meaningful toolkit and a way of 'thinking about thinking', to successfully manage day to day stresses, supporting them in feeling resilient and empowered to face new and existing challenges.
